• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dired thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound cooked turkey, cubed (about 2 1/4 cups)
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 can (4 ounces) crunchy shoestring potatoes

In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, thyme and pepper until blended. Stir in turkey, celery, carrot and green onions until well coated. Serve immediately or cover and chill for 2 hours. Just be serving, stir in the shoestring potatoes.
