Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon dired thyme leaves, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound cooked turkey, cubed (about 2 1/4 cups)
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 can (4 ounces) crunchy shoestring potatoes
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, thyme and pepper until blended. Stir in turkey, celery, carrot and green onions until well coated. Serve immediately or cover and chill for 2 hours. Just be serving, stir in the shoestring potatoes.
