PAX 2 comes with four temperature settings: 360degF (180-degrees C), 380degF (193degC), 406degF (204degC), and 405degF (204degC) PAX3 can be adjusted down to the degree. DIFFERENCE #6 – NOTIFICATIONS
PAX 2 and PAX 3 have the same four-petal LED indicator. It is located under the mouthpiece. This indicator displays temperature setting, battery life and heating time. PAX 3’s app allows you to change the colours, while PAX 2 cannot.
PAX 3 also adds haptic feedback to the mix. PAX 3 vibrates when PAX 3 is in standby mode and when it’s ready to use. PAX 2 doesn’t support vibration notifications.
DIFFERENCE #7 – BRUSHED VS. MATTE FINISH
PAX 2 and PAX 3 share many internal parts. This includes a surgical-grade stainless-steel vapor path, an oven that can hold approximately.35 gram of material, as well as an oven that holds approximately.35 g of material. A strong anodized aluminium shell protects and evenly distributes heat.
