Greek-Style Feta Dressing


  • Six tablespoons olive oil
  • Two tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • Two tablespoons of crumbled feta Cheese
  • One tablespoon of finely chopped oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper


  1. Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, feta, oregano, and garlic in a bowl. Add cinnamon if you like. Add salt and pepper, and mix.

Serve with

The classic partner is romaine lettuce, but you can also use butterhead or cos lettuce.
